Facewound & Gmod

Facewound is continuing. I sometimes feel like I’m working too hard on a $15 game.. but I don’t want people to feel ripped off. I’m trying to go by the amount of time playing rather than the number of levels. So I try to compare it to other activities.. like the cinema. Say $10 for a ticket, for about an hours entertainment. So we’re looking at at least an hour.

Anyway, as usual we’re just working on content. Levels, enemies, levels, enemies. I feel like I have to show you something when I talk about it so here’s a screenshot from a level called “red_light”.

GMod v9 development is continuing on the weekends too. Right now I find that I’m just trying to open as many doors for the Lua scripters as I can. This week I added the ability to animate items on the HUD from the server. For example, on this screenshot the melons are animated and are running across the screen. this shot was just a test to see how much shit I could throw at it before it stopped taking it.
